Put about 80-l00g of seed in a glass jar, fill with water and leave to soak for around 12 hours. Don’t allow the seeds to float.
After soaking drain off the water. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and drain again. Fix some muslin over the mouth of the jar with a rubber band and leave in the draining position at room temperature.
Although they may grow a little faster if kept in a dark place it is not essential that they are.
Daily, 3 times a day, fill the jar with fresh water and drain off immediately.
After approximately 2 days you will have up to 230g of sprouts.
Rinse, eat and enjoy.
