Grow your own fresh sunflower greens right through the year, a delicious addition to salads, sandwiches, stir-fries or for juicing. Sunflower greens are rich in protein, chlorophyll, vitamins, especially B & E, and minerals: potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium. Supplied with growing instructions, 2kg is enough to grow approximately 10 trays of fresh sunflower greens with a growth time of 10-14 days. We also supply trays and compost to get you started.
