Suitable for our sprouting jar, these fresh sprouts are great in salads, sandwiches, stir-fries, casseroles and soups and can be grown right through the year. Please note that this seed is hulled and is ideal for sprouting but not for producing sunflower greens. 100g of seed will produce approximately 160g of fresh sprouts in 2 - 3 days.
